This site has a width of 9 meters and extends backward. Desire of homeowners Pak Agus wants to have a simple house and have three private rooms. In the future, it will be used for stalls. and behind this house a boarding house will be built for rent. Design Concept The designer seeks to accommodate the desires of the owner of the house by forming the requested layout. On the right hand side, 2.5 meters are left for the road if later a boarding house is built behind the house. To harmonize with the surrounding environment, this house model uses the village roof. And a modern touch to the facade. Home Design with a Cool Front Garden This house is located in Muntilan, Magelang Regency. This house is related to the main house and office which is located in the front building. This house only functions as a supporting house, which contains two rooms and one lounge. In this project the designer is only charged with facade and landscape work. because in the initial survey the foundation was installed. The facade of this house uses natural stones that are easily found around Muntilan. The use of wood and stone materials to enhance the tropical impression of this house. This house also uses windows and doors from the old house demolition that was applied again to this house. This park contributes to air circulation for residents inside and outside the home.
